- Conduct the final canvas and correct the list of qualified voters for May 4, 2026 Financial Town Meeting
- Discuss and act on planning and logistics for May 4, 2026 Financial Town Meeting:
- Gymnasium setup
- Sound system setup
- Transport election supplies/equipment from Town Hall to school
- Paper handouts
- Paper ballot process and production
- Staffing roles during the meeting
- Clean up
