Is my rental income subject to the Housing Board Tax?

All New Shoreham taxpayers that rent property must pay the 1% annual tax, with the following exclusions:

     -  There is no tax due on year-round rental apartments or homes.  Year-round rentals are defined as those of six months or longer in duration.
     -  There is no tax due on any hotel, inn, or bed and breakfast rentals.
     -  There is no tax due on any seasonal employee housing rentals.
