  1. Discuss and act on planning and logistics for May 4, 2026 Financial Town Meeting:
  • Gymnasium setup
  • Sound system setup
  • Transport election supplies/equipment from Town Hall to school
  • Paper handouts
  • Paper ballot process and production
  • Staffing roles during the meeting
  • Clean up
