2. Discuss and act on request of Care Access for a Special Temporary Permit for siting a trailer at the Block Island Medical Center, 6 Payne Road, Plat 10, Lot 2 to conduct a Lyme disease study
3. Discuss and act on Network Operator Agreement with Sertex, LLC for the BroadbandBI island-wide network
4. Review of financial reports
5. Receive and act on Report of Town Manager (Public Works, Finance, School, School Construction Project, Library, Recreation, Administration, Harbors, Broadband, Police, Roads)
6. Discuss and act on resolution related to liquor consumption, land use and public safety
7. Discuss list of topics for discussion with U.S. Senator Sheldon Whitehouse upon his visit to the Island
8. Discuss Town Council’s priorities for Police Chief search
9. Discuss and gauge interest of the Town Council to explore potential land transfers (sales) from the Town of New Shoreham to the Block Island Land Trust with proceeds earmarked for affordable/attainable housing
10. Discuss and act on Board, Commission and Committees:
a. Receive and act on resignation of Christine Grele from the Planning Board
b. Appoint member to Board of Canvassers
