The Town has a three-pronged approach to senior services which include Director of Human Services, a Senior Services Coordinator and a volunteer Senior Advisory Board. Between the staff and the board, activities and services are provided.
The Director of Human Services works closely with individuals and family members, linking community and state agencies to help them with concrete needs. The Senior Services Coordinator works as an advocate for the senior population to identify and address ways to enhance the quality of life of seniors on the island.
